Doodle
I bought myself a doodle book. Yes, it's made for children, but as i have the mental age of an 8 year old, i am thoroughly enjoying it!

Organised & Tidy
I spent the first afternoon of the new year organising and tidying. Start as you mean to go on, etc.

Green's Windmill
It's beautiful, in the middle of a town and still makes flour! I love it.
The first time i went there i was so exited and i jokingly asked if Jonathan Creek lived there... only to get a very serious answer from a gentleman who worked there who then proceeded to show me in a windmill book which windmill it is that Jonathan Creek lives in!
N.B. I was inspired to post these after seeing this post.

Fairy Cakes
Pre-icing & Post-icing.
The simplest & quicket (vegan!) sponge cake recipe ever. I made all of these and a full sponge cake in an hour just before going to work.
Of course the most fun was icing them when i got home! :)
I plan on taking some into work tomorrow morning for the poor people who are working on New Years Eve.
