I'm a mobile and web busybody, blogger and mobile commentator type person.

I've created with friends three main websites which centre on community and the evolving use of mobile technologies, Moblog, We're not afraid and Stopped Clocks.

I set up Moblog with Mat Brown, and in 2006 the Moblog team was joined by Jonathan Allen,Ben Godfrey, and Lori Fischler. We also license mobile blogging technologies. A version of our moblogging platform powers UK broadcaster Channel 4's The Big Art Mob, and Strange Cargo's Other Peoples Photographs Too

Contact us about mobile blogging stuff, we're lovely to work with.

I enjoy speaking on the areas I'm interested in, and have presented or been a panel member at many conferences and debates around the areas I'm focused on, so get in touch if you'd like me to come to an event or conference you are organising.

Goose sutures

(viewed 101 times)
Funny christmas story:Goose saved.

My mum invited her martial arts teacher, master wong over for an english christmas. So all is fine at the start of the morning. The Goose instructions say to put the Goose into as hot an oven as possible so she had it at an extremely high temp and is in the other room when she suddenly hears an explosion from the kitchen. The inner glass oven door had exploded, effectively ruining her oven and goose cooking capability. Luckily, the goose hadnt yet been put in so was saved.

So my mum does some thinking and decides to cut off part of the goose for her guests which she will find an inventive way to stovetop, whilst bringing the rest over to mine for cooking. Of course this means sewing up the goose. :)

Christmas travelling

(viewed 199 times)
Dear Jule is heading to Berlin for Christmas with family and friends. So many of us now with international partners and children living all over the world are on one end of this scenario, i just hate being on the leaving end.
